With each order being handmade, we have a 7-14 day order turn around. With each bikini being shipped by the customers chosen postage class when made.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days after product completion.

We want you to love your swimwear, but if you're not completely happy, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has the hygiene sticker and tags still attached.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service; returns outside the 14-day window will be refused and recycled if shipping is unpaid.

While we don’t offer direct exchanges, we want you to love your swimwear! If you're not completely happy, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and the hygiene sticker and tags are still attached.

Please note, returns outside of the 14-day window will be refused and returned at the customer’s cost. If return shipping isn't paid, the item will be recycled and disposed of.
