Made To Order:

With each order being handmade, we have a 7-10 day order turn around. With each bikini being shipped by the customers chosen postage class when made.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days after product completion.

Pre-order products:

Our pre-order bikini sets will be sent out from 18th May.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are from when the order has been completed. They may vary depending on circumstances like weekends, public holidays, or carrier delays.

Limited Edition Items:

These selected items are able to be exchanged or returned, as long as they are returned unworn, unwashed with the hygiene stickers and all tags still attached.

Please check the product description carefully before purchasing, as each item will clearly state whether it is made to order.

Exchanges are only available on selected pieces from our new factory-produced, limited edition collection.

If you’ve purchased one of these styles and need a different size, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and hygiene stickers still attached.

Please note, made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange or return, as they are created specifically for you. Be sure to check the product description before purchasing.
