With each order being handmade, we have a 10-14 day order turn around. With each bikini being shipped by the customers chosen postage class when made.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days after product completion.

Exchanges are only available on selected pieces from our new factory-produced collection.

If you’ve purchased one of these styles and need a different size, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and hygiene stickers still attached.

Please note, made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange or return, as they are created specifically for you. Be sure to check the product description before purchasing.
