Come on set with us for our S/S 26 photoshoot📸
We recently shot our new collection The Golden Hour Edit. I wanted to bring you along and on set with my brand to show you what we got up to! From the 5am alarm, to styling our pieces and everything in between.
6:30am - girls on route
Newcastle → Manchester
with girls travelling from all across the country to be there 🥹
(and a double rainbow the night before…taking that as a good sign)
9:30am - Arrived at the studio
WOW it was the most beautiful space, neutral backdrops, stunning details, everything exactly how I pictured it!
By 10am everything’s set up, every detail in place - right down to the little branding touches on the mirrors (it’s the small things).
10:30am - Shoot commences
Everything starts moving quickly from here, working through each look, switching between models and making sure we’re capturing every angle we need. This was the time to let go and leave it to the professionals…I had so much other stuff to get done!
At the same time it’s constant content - founder videos, product clips, talking through designs…and honestly, so many bloopers of me forgetting everything I know about my brand the second a camera is on me!
12pm - Look check-in
This was one of those moments.
After months of sampling, adjusting and going back and forth to make sure that this fit was right, seeing everything on the models and in action like this just made it all worth it.
The colours, the prints, the fits… everything just came together exactly how I had imagined. A moment for this image please:
After a quick coffee and cookie break we were straight back into it: styling different looks, shooting more content and capturing how each piece can be worn.
3pm - The final looks
Getting those last shots, last bits of content and making sure nothing was missed - whilst trying not to stress!!
4pm - and that’s a wrap!!
A full day, but honestly an AMAZING one…
being surrounded by such a talented group of girls made it what it was - everyone brought something unique and it all just worked so naturally (and this isn’t even all of us!)
Seeing something you’ve worked on for 8 months finally come to life like that is the best feeling.
